* Payment is due at the time of service including insurance co-pays and deductibles. All payment arrangements must be discussed prior to treatment.
* Dr. Danze has reserved time for your dental appointment and we value your commitment. Please allow us 48 hours notice if you are not able to keep your reserved appointment. We are aware that circumstances arise and will make special considerations on occasion. We reserve the right to charge a fee for non compliancy.
* We accept cash, most major credit cards, and checks. For your convenience, we offer Care Credit and Chase Citi Health Advance. Both offer up to 24 months no interest payments upon approval. Please ask our front office staff for more information.
