As a hygienist, I ensure my patients’ teeth and gums are clean and healthy. With gentle cleanings, preventive care, and lots of education, I help people achieve and maintain optimal oral health. My greatest reward is a happy, bright, and clean smile!
I’ve worked in the dental field since 1995 and joined the Danze Dentistry family in 2017. Dr. Danze is skilled and gentle; he and my coworkers really care about our patients as people and want only the best for them, including the best smiles!
My husband Stephen and I moved to North Carolina from Cape Cod, MA, in 2015. We have two children: Joseph and Lindsay, as well as Lindsay’s husband Jasen and two grandsons, Sawyer and Ryder. We love spending time with them! I also enjoy traveling, camping, walking along the beach, and cheering for the Boston Bruins and New England Patriots.
Certified Dental Assistant
As Dr. Danze’s assistant, I prepare the operatory for our patient’s procedure, seat and make sure our patient is comfortable, and explain what we’ll be doing. During the procedure, I assist the doctor while supporting our patient and, when we’re finished, offer homecare guidance. I enjoy making our patients happy and ensuring they have only positive experiences.
I started working in the field in 1982 and found my professional home at Danze Dentistry in 2017. This office is a close-knit family, all of us striving to be the best for our patients!
My high school sweetheart, Ben, and I have been married for 35 years. We have two children, Joel and Ashton, a granddaughter, Shaylan, and our little Shih Tzu, Micah. I love camping, fishing, and relaxing at the beach or in the mountains. I really enjoy nature and capturing it through photography.
Dental Hygienist and Front Office
I wear two hats at Danze Dentistry, both focused on making sure our patients achieve healthy smiles and enjoy their time with us. I am a hygienist, offering preventive care, education, and encouragement as our patients develop healthier homecare techniques and regimens. I also provide customer service in our front office.
My dental field career started in 1983 and I was here in 1992 when my husband, Dr. Danze, opened the office. It’s been a joy to get to know our patients, learn their life stories, and watch their families grow up. Our dental team is a lot of fun to work with: everyone has a great sense of humor and we all share the same values.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my two four-legged children: Brody, a collie, and Oliver, a Siamese cat. I also enjoy quilting, cooking, tennis, and watching the Panthers play.
